Working with our customers is key and this is why we always to encourage our customers to get back in touch should they every encounter a problem with our products. 

 

All products are handcrafted and are unique pieces, if your product for what are reason become fault, we will work with you to rectify this issue as soon as possible. Remember this furniture consist of natural wood which my have slight imperfection, but this is all about the unique experience. 

 

Looking After Your Furniture

Once your furniture has gone through all the relevant stages it will finally be sealed and hand polished to perfection. Remember to maintain your product by polishing it once a year to give it that sparkle.

Try to keep out of direct sunlight, this will only slight discoloured the wood but my give a unique look. 

This product is also moisture and water resistance. Any residual water should be wiped off and not left to potentially stain the wood. Although this can happen so contact us should you need guidance.
